Donna J. Dennis, Ph.D.
Experience/Background
Dr. Dennis is a leadership development professional with over 30 years of experience helping leaders and teams increase leadership and team effectiveness through coaching course design and facilitation of leadership development programs.
Her experience spans global companies within financial services, technology, insurance, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, multinational conglomerates, R&D, academia and not-for-profits. She is an Executive in Residence with The Human Resources Institute in St. Petersburg, Florida (doing research on leadership related topics) and is on the faculty of the American Management Association where she teaches leadership, team and diversity courses. Donna's work includes course design of a new Diversity program at AMA and she has co-authored a new Generational Diversity Course called Bridging the Generations© which includes the development of a Passport to Bridging the Generations, and other tools to foster greater appreciation, understanding and knowledge of generational diversity issues.
